Butterflies In My Stomach
There's something crawling up my throat
There is bile in my lungs
Nausea accompanies the panic
And I can't seem to move my tongue
They say mind and body are the same
They interact, they are one
When your thoughts themselves are ill
Your body is too, there's nowhere to run
Anxiety
Is not beautiful
Panic attacks
Are not over-exaggerated
And disorders
Are not romantic
Don't tell me my agony is mere butterflies
