I walked through the hallway
Smiled as if everything was okay
Whistled as if everything was alright
Laughed as if everything was so right
I hid my tears from all
I wanted help but didn’t know whom to call
I wore a smiling mask and none came to know
My heart was breaking and no one saw
I couldn’t pretend more, I was weak
And I didn’t know what I seek

As I walked through the way
I realised where I should say
The church was quiet as I saw
I didn’t hide my tears I just let it flow
somehow I wasn’t the least afraid
And my despair started to fade
I knew this is the place where i was meant to be
The place where I become me
