Hades of Hell
I stood knocking on heaven's doors,
those doors you humans promised me.
Pregnant with my hope did i stand there,
awaiting the redeeming soul of my lost god.
Alas!! How foolish i was,
for when the doors opened,
welcomed not by gods, i was,
but the mocking laughter of you humans.
I stood frozen and petrified, terrified i was,
but the i laughed, laughed like never before,
for now i knew i did not belong here in heaven.
Brimming with my contemptuous joy, i jumped,
to the very depths of hell. For after all,
i am Hades, Hell's very own,
the biggest sinner, of all sinners.
