The Perplexity of Change
The sun’s out..
The wind is still blowing strong
Wait...did I hear right?
Is there supposed to be snow soon?
Why does it seem so perfect from the inside?
Seem so warm and inviting?
And if I were to walk out…
How would I feel?
What would overpower?
The heat of the scorching sun
Or the coolness of the upcoming snow..
Or else a perfect intermediate of the two
Many blame global warming...
But is it just a sign of the changing world
That humanity is changing for the worse..
And Nature is merely a mirror
Of the despicable punishments
We place upon her shoulders
