Mother
I love my mum
When I was a baby she wiped my bum
Without her I’d be dumb
I love her with all my heart
She lets me push the shopping cart
I know she loves me
Cause she handed me my first pair of keys
She is scared of my driving
I pull out of the drive, she starts crying
The only thing she doesn't like are my jokes
Cause one time I made her choke
It was scary but funny
She told me to play in traffic “Be a crash dummy.”
I hope she was kidding
If not, I’ll put her in a home so she can start knitting
I would never do that to her
But if I did she’d probably say "Sure."
We fight sometimes
But otherwise
I love my mum
