Grades
Dear Teacher,
I beg of you, I need good grades
College comes soon and they want good grades
Work comes next and they want good colleges
Work is retirement and your life
Everything needs good grades
My parents want A’s to adjourn our walls
Our teachers want A’s to reflect their skill
The school wants A’s to reflect their teachers
The town wants A’s to reflect their schools
And the state wants A’s to reflect their towns
Dear Teacher,
I beg of you
I need good grades, I need As
Because everything in life comes down to these marks
