DANNY CHECKS INTO HOTEL TRANSYLVANIA
On January 19th 2013 I consider this to be an important memory
in my eyes because it is when I first watched the movie Hotel Transylvania.

Hotel Transylvania is one of my very favorite movies of all time.
Anyway my aunt took me and my good friend Dillon Bedard to see the movie.
We saw it at Cinemark Movies 16 which happens to be a 2nd run cinema.
Then on the way there we had trouble finding the theater but when me and Dillon saw it we both said “There it is!”.
So we finally got there. But however when we bought the tickets we didn’t know where the room that was showing the movie was in which one of the workers told us that we were going the wrong way. The auditorium the screen was small,
The video and audio wasn’t that great not to mention the seats weren’t very nice.
Also they played the same preview twice in a row which was for Here Comes The Boom. It was weird that they did that.
I fell in love with the movie because of the characters especially Mavis, the animation, the comedy, the music, the heart and it also had a solid but although cliche story.
Another great thing was that the blu ray came out 10 days later so that was also a plus.

MY MAVIS DOLL
One of my favorite objects that I own is my Mavis doll from Hotel Transylvania.
I got it in Spring 2013 from my Aunt Barb.
It means a lot to me since I really love the character.
I also love sleeping with it every night.
It’s a really soft, cuddly, and adorable doll.

I was really happy on the day I received it
. It was ordered off of Ebay.
As soon as I saw it on the internet I wanted it
We had trouble getting it as we tried to get it multiple times since February 2013
and it arrived in May 2013.
The reason for this is my Aunt kept on getting out bidded each time upon bidding on it.

So after loving Hotel Transylvania ,3 years later after the release of the first one the sequel being Hotel Transylvania 2 had came out.
The movie was released on September 25th 2015.
I had been waiting for it for several years and I never thought the day would come
. I was really excited on opening day.
So a few hours after school that day my Father drove me to MJR Troy Grand Digital cinema 16 and dropped me off to see the movie after paying for my ticket.
However it turned out we got there early since the movie didn’t start until 5:45pm and we arrived at the theater over an hour or so before it started.
So after buying the ticket I had to wait for like over a half hour or even an hour for the auditorium the movie was showing in to open since it wasn’t opened yet as it was still playing the showing before the 5:45pm showing.
I also got a drink and popcorn this time because I was able to get them for free since I own an MJR movie rewards card.
Then as the movie was about to start I got super excited for it to start.
As for the movie itself.
I really liked the sequel as well mainly since I am a fan of the first one of course that's my personal opinion which may vary on others since everyone is different.
I like the sequel pretty much the same reason why I liked the first one.
It was great to see all these great characters again on the big screen like Mavis, the new characters were great too, it was also again funny, it had heart, good animation and music. But I did felt that the film was rushed though.
I didn’t want the movie to end.
But however I did see it five more times 2 at MJR again, one at AMC Forum 30, and one at Cinemark Movies 16 which is the same theater I saw the first film at.
I am also really excited that a third film titled Hotel Transylvania 3 is in the works which’ll come out on September 21st 2018.
I’ll be first in line when that comes out for sure or hopefully I will in which its roughly 31 months away or over 900 days.
