Divine Mercy

As my spirits brighten,
and there my heart lies,
I gather my prayers
to send them to the most High.
My heart is beating
as my prayers begin to rise
into the beautiful eyes
of the Divine.
What would life be
without my Love,
My Lord, My Salvation,
the creator of creation?
Like a boat sailing away,
a lonely child anxious to play,
and like one’s mind on a Monday.
Just be patient,
silence leads to conversation.
No need to find a replacement,
our God is too
gracious.
