The Rose
If she were a rose
would she still have been like a rose?
Heart As soft as petals,
were her words as sweet as her scent?
If she is a rose
was her smile so bloomed like the morning sunshine?
Is there anyone who knows…
That she is a rose?
She is a symbol of love, just as a rose
wearing a shield of thorns which might hurt
listen, speak and love her, and see how she glows
She is rose only for those who are her close...
but no one knew she is a rose
She is evergreen just like rose
turn some old pages and here she blooms
like an ointment on the wounds
Yet so soft and sweet and kind like mild wind that blows
She was the love, the dearest rose..
