Seattle
Pit Pat
The sound of rain fills my ears,
and I begin to lose all my fears.
I know where I am, I know why I’m here,
I am in my true home Seattle, my dear.
Dowtown, I love going to Pike Place,
walking around there is a giant race.
“The Weedle On The Needle” is the story I come from,
The little red light,
Flashing in the night,
is what I truly adore,
Seattle’s never abhore.
We have the Duck ride too,
and sometimes the guy will steal your shoe!
The SAM art gallery shows many original pieces,
you can go here with your nieces.
Famous people like Macklemore were born here,
but they are not as famous as Shakespeare.
We have really cool flicks at the crest,
they really are the best.
There are special restaurants like Dick’s here too,
that is nothing new!
I know where I am, I know why I’m here,
I am in my true home Seattle, my dear.
