I wonder
I Wonder
I walk down these crowded halls
And wonder how they are all so loved;
While my friends and I walk in groups
Because we are tired of being shoved.
No one knows
How the outcasts feel;
Treat us like we don’t matter,
They don’t know that we truly never heal.
We are surrounded by “jokes” and taunting laughs.
While they are surrounded by high fives and smiles.
We wear cheap affordable clothes;
While they are wearing the newest styles.
I wish they could realize
What they do,
How we feel,
Who they turn us into.
They are adored;
Put on a high pedestal.
They are athletic
And considered exceptional.
We are bullied,
Called the emo’s or nerds.
We try to be happy,
But can’t get away from the strings of words.
I walk down these crowded halls
And wonder how they are all so loved;
While my friends and I walk in groups
Because we are tired of being shoved.

The populars verses the others. This is how kids are. It's a part of my past. Being pushed around and not doing anything about it.
