A Recipe for Overcoming an Anxious Mind
  a spoonful of panic?
  a mound of overthinking?
  a pocketful headphones ?
  a dash of stress?
  2 heaps of help?
  a wink of trust?
  a galaxy of smiles?
  4 dollops of friendships
  never ending heartbeats of love ?
  a vial of playlists?
  Directions
  Lightly sift together the spoonful of panic, and dash of stress in a small bowl
  In a larger bowl whisk together a mound of overthinking until it creates a settling texture
  Fold in the sifted ingredients into the mound of overthinking (let freeze for 16 years)
  In a large melting pot melt down the 2 heaps of help, a wink of trust and a galaxy of smiles over medium heat (stir constantly so the mixture doesn’t burn) let sit for a year
  Scoop the mixture that sat for 16 years into 4 bowls
  Pour over the melted sauce of help, trust and smiles
  Sprinkle in the vial of playlists, pocketful of headphones, and never ending heartbeats of love
  Finally add 4 dollops of friendships and there you have your meal from 17 years total of overcoming an anxious mind
