Things not seen
You might not always see me but I am always there
I sit in the back row with an invisible chair
When the class bell rings I greet each one of you
I know all of you names, I wish you knew mine too.
Some say my smile is what lights up the room
Others say there is nothing it’s just empty next to you
When we work in class I sit right next to you
But when we all pick partners I go to the back of the room
You might not see me sometimes
  But I am always there
  when you’re sad or mad
I’ll be there to make you glad
You might not always see me
  but sometimes you do
You might not always see me
but I’ll be there for you

I sometimes feel like the person described in this poem. The kid that isn't noticided at the back of the class.
