Christmas
What is Christmas?
To me, it is not a holiday.
Or eating big meals.
Rather, Christmas is found in the little things.
The happiness in your smile, when you see the ones you love.
Or the many laughs in the lungs of those who believe,
Or hope that Santa will come, and he won’t forget about you,
Or the tears of joy when you find out new things on Christmas,
Or the joy you feel when someone thanks you for the gift that you give them,
Or the joy you feel when you say thank you to someone who gave you a gift,
Every family.
Every child.
Every human.
To me, Christmas is not a religious holiday. It is the time to spend with your family.
What else would Christmas be about?
