not everyone can see what we see

not everyone can hear the song we hear

not everyone can understand who we want to be

together we live in a world with fear

we look into the eye of something strong

something that speaks something different from us

to them we can do no wrong

they follow our lead without much of a fuss

the connection between one that has no words

each of us comes from a different scene

from jocks to those some call nerds

together a force that some not see

with our partners we become one

we hear no sound but the pounding of earth

some only see us riding into the sun

we are equestrians and our partners are our horses

to us they are our sources

for a future that is only for us
