I am the free basketball in the air

I am brightly colored wild flowers of all different shapes and sizes

I am a book that is unfinished

I am the song that rocks a baby to sleep

I am the rising flames of a campfire on a chilly, summer night

I am an icy smoothie on a breezy, spring morning

I am a jumping frog that is leaping from one lilly pad to the      other

I am a pumpkin pie with whipped cream on top

I am the other half of a friendship bracelet

I am the bubbly fizz of Dr.Pepper

I am a hot chocolate from Starbucks on a cold winter morning

I am the ripples of ocean when the rain hits the clear ocean    water

I am the rays of sunlight coming in through the blinds on the  window

I am the endless plains of a desert

I am the soft blanket on a rainy afternoon

I am in good relation to the earth

I am in good relation to the animals

I am in good relation to my family

I am in good relation to my friends

I am in good relation to myself

I hope people understand how important diversity is. We will all at least read one of my metaphors and get a different impression of who I am. I was inspired to right this by my 7th grade English teacher becuase she was always telling us that we all different and unique and that none of us would ever have the exact same personalities although they may be similar just like we might interperet these metaphors in a similar way but not all will be exact or the same. The idea of my first metaphor came from me making the basketball team. I knew nothing when I started but came to find soon that I was in love with this sport. I am also a pumpkin pie becuase i dont always look good on the outside but i have that spice and sweetness to my personalities. I hope everyone can relate to feeling like you are a nobody sometimes and you want to feel special and different from other people and I hope that everyone knows that they are and can be whoever they want to be.
