Perfection
There is no such thing as a perfect world. It is a delusion created by our own minds. There will always be crime, always be war, always be evil. It was once said “for every light there is a shadow cast” this holds true and will hold true till the end of time. There is no hope and no perfect world.
Yet i have found, perfection. I have found perfection admits the chaos.
I have found perfection on the dance floor, the band plays and it feels like we are the only ones there. I have found perfection in her laugh. I hear it and could do nothing but smile, the sound is music. I feel the loving embrace of her laughter. I need her love… at least i think i do. Even though i have not met her yet, i know one thing. I know that she is perfect.
Perfection is seen in the heart, it is heard in her laughter, it is felt in her arms, it smells like a bouquet of roses a tastes like a box of chocolates. I haven't found her yet but i will i swear to god, i will; because right now i am not whole. I am not perfect. But when i find her, this black room will shine a little bit brighter and the world will seem a little less imperfect. I will feel perfect when we both say “i do”.
