Day by Day
They come inside
Some jolly,
Some not.
One stands before them all
with words of wisdom.
And then comes the time,
for all to leave.
But not to worry,
because as they leave more take their place.
New words of wisdom are to be spoken
and fun is had all around.
Until the sun goes down,
and it’s time to rest.
