His Favorite Song
Sometimes the song can go too quick and other times it is very slow
Sometimes the song is too quiet and sometimes it is too loud,
The words don't always match the music
The song was all over the place
And when he decided that was his favorite song
The song started to fall in place
Pretty harmonies and melodies
A tune quite pleasant to the ear,
The song would still miss a note or forget a word
And sometimes the beat was too overpowering
or the melody too faint and he decided that he had enough
The song wasn't what he liked anymore
And when he couldn't find another song to stick with him like the last one did
He decided that his favorite song couldn't be anything different
She would always be his favorite song
But now she can never be the same again
