I Wonder..
  dust it off
  leave it in the open
it will all be fixed in the morning
  close your eyes
  take a break
life is just a piece of cake
  except it isn't
  life is a mission
  with risks and visions
  heaven and hell
  and desicions
whoever told you that it would be easy
definently had a few things missing
as i sit here on my bed
i'm hoping that someone, anyone would listen
  there's a piece of me that's transitioning
  something new is taking form
something that i've never seen before
i don't know if it's good or bad
if i should be happy or sad
  it's all so new
  feelings so new
  confessions so new
aspirations and desires, feelings so new
i close my eyes, and to tell you the truth
  i see blue
  feelings so foreign
feelings that are against what's common for me
  stop, wait, think, listen
  shoving, pushing
hurt and shame to the side
love and happiness to the side
  work, work, work
  think, think, think
my emotions flee before me with every blink
something in me is shifting, changing
  might i even add, rearranging
glancing in the mirror one night
i'm somebody new the next day
  is this growing up
  is this parting ways
is this all the things that make up a teenagers life
  cliche
whatever it is i don't know whether to love it
  or get rid of it
