Ghosts
Dusty ribbons dance
On a deserted playground
The children are all long gone
But will what's lost be found?
Only one lonely child
Is standing in the middle
In a torn and tattered dress
Playing a broken fiddle
A city full of ghosts
No one ever makes a sound
Her face might be sweet but
Her soul is hell bound

Slightly based (in terms of formatting) on Emily Dickinson's "My Life Closed Twice Before It's Close." Written while listening to "Mad Hatter," "Dollhouse," and "Milk and Cookies" by Melanie Martinez which is probably where some of the creepiness came from.
