ANGER
Have you ever been so upset?
To the point where every time someone ask what’s wrong?
Not on the outside, but on the inside. You’re bleeding.
Tears hitting your legs and sinking into your jeans. Eyes
An apple red. But you don’t know what to say.
They ask you what’s wrong
But you can’t reply, you don’t know how too.
Too hard to explain.
But what if they think you’re crazy.
You’re not depressed but you’re not happy
Silence is worse. You hear the thoughts in your mind.
Moments replay like a depressing song on repeat.
One at a time thoughts cross your mind.
Can’t really say what they are but it gives you pain.
Now that question again.
“What’s wrong?” and I reply, “Oh nothing I’m fine, no really I am.”
