My eyes remembered your figure today,
Your silken touch, my skin,
And ears, the music of your voice,

The warm embrace, compulsory,
A singularly forming tear,
Your once smiling eyes,

Offbeat melodies ringing now,
An emotionless silhouette,
The abounding vacuity,

Blanketing time warped,
A brimmed odeum of thought,
Juiced memories spilling from a fruitless tree,

Once crescent lips now unbroken,
The severing farewell splitting thick air,
And she vanishes from my reality,

This is a story of when I passed by an ex love on the side walk. It was obvious that both of us still had feelings for each other, (she even teared up), but alas the moment came and went.
