Autumn Fire

In autumn when the sun rises
Shining a bright hello to the world below
Its rays touch the tip of leaves
Setting their edges in a mystic, precious fire
The one called the fire of autumn
Setting the leaves to slowly burn
In the biting cold, a burning cold
Through different tints of golden orange
They slowly dry, and fall to the ground
Where they rest until spring thaw
