We used to talk late at night.

You asked me why I even did
and why I couldn't

You're like a sunset
I've always seen randomly.
You're the best part of
this atmosphere.
Time with you
is my golden hour.

With fluffy clouds as hair,
The orange sky like skin,
The brightness that keeps me
Attracted to you,
Making love you more.

Your winds,
The afternoon air
That speaks the language I love.

And here I am
Gazing at you.
You slowly vanish as I try
To picture you with every memory I have.
And every bit of light from you
I try to muster.
I'll wait not.

For sitting here would be an idiot
Listing down plans for greatness
When he's really just writing
The things he would never do.
I'm a coward of what happens when I take risks,
Of what humiliation,
And Embarrassment awaits.
I was afraid things wont be like they used to

Without you.

I will not be contented
With just loving you
From pictures I didn't take.

I will prepare myself
The next time I see you.
When I have the opportunity,
I'll follow you
And chase you.
And I won't stop.

You make me give out the best of me.
If this world stops rotating,
I'll go to where you are.

I've felt this darkness, but
It's going to be worth it.
But I'm still hoping
For another spin.

If I can have more of you,
I beg you to let me in.
And that I'll find you in the morning.

but for now
Goodnight Hannah

It was a bright febuary afternoon. I was doing some studying with the sunset at my right. Thinking about someone, I grabbed the nearest ballpen and tissue paper and started to write a poem.
