FALL!
Leaves crunch under your feet
Colors like the sunset
Trees dancing in the cold breeze
Leaves leaving the trees, making them shiver for the cold winter
The air is a crisp as a fresh apple
Fires crackle and pop as you sit bundled up like a polar bear
Jack O’ lanterns laugh as kids run by
While parents worry about them running through the neighborhood
Birds fly south, through the cold air, to the warm beaches.
Squirrels stuff their faces for the long winters to come
Frost glistens off the morning grass,
While the wind sings sweet song in your cold ears
Everyone laughs as they rake colorful leaves,
Children screech as they jump into the itchy plie.
Fall the cold colorful season.
