There once was a girl named Pam
Who obviously didn't like ham
But  even though it was so her grammy said “its good for you!”

It was gross and icky
After days in the fridge it  became somewhat sticky
But still day after day her grammy still said “Eat the ham! Its good for you!”
Pam was done with it! And out she threw the ham

In the real world society is ham holding lies that are unwanted and Sticky.
Lies full of shame and guilt
Lies that will bring your head to a tilt
Just because of one thing we cannot let go…. PRIDE.
People go day in and day out keeping there mouths shut, swallowing the ham, and never throwing it out.
But which one of you will have the courage to be the Pam and say “NO” to the unwanted ham?
