Same Old Life
I come from
a house with only one little girl,
and no one to play with her.
I come from school,
and it being my happy place.
I come from
moving several times,
and separating from my favorite people.
I come from bus rides with my best friends,
and laughing hysterically all the way home.
I come from
hangouts at the park,
and climbing the tallest trees.
I come from being a big sister,
and trying to be a positive role model.
I come from
learning new lessons,
and accepting bigger challenges.
I come from the good times,
and the bad that changed me for the better.
I come from
cheer being the only thing I love,
and being a great team player.
I come from cherishing lifetime memories,
and making them last forever.
