Bullying
is not the act
of abusing one's natural
talents or abilities.
Bullying 
is the act of abusing
one's natural abilities
or talents for there own
amusement and the 
shaming or harm of others
that are weaker than them.
When a bully is doing this
he/she should really be
using their natural talents
or abilities to help others
not destroy them.
