The Accomplishment
It’s sitting in my closet,
Probably collecting dust.
My teammates must trust that it won’t fall and bust.
I look at it,
I see good times, and bad ones
Surely memories to pass on.
Its glass, very funny shaped.
Sentimental and special.
A form of success, achievement.
There is a sweat set in it,
Many fingerprints
EVERYWHERE.
There are tears of no fear
That will glisten only near.
That time, that win, that accomplishment.
