My Grandmas House
Sun through the trees
Right out back of My Grandmas House
The old rusty swing set out back,
Me and my cousin used to swing on constantly,
That creeks every time it moves, old and rusty now
To all the squirt guns and sprinkles in the chest
Which we used to jump over,
Have to dry off because we were soken wet
I still remember the first time we met
Where the sun poured through,
My Grandmas House
Where I wrapped my family’s presents every year,
This is where my family gets together
When you walk in, on the shelf
The old family pictures on the shelf
Full of good memories
To all the games played on the wii downstairs,
Full of laughter and fun playing games
Until the sun went down,
Closing my eyes cause the movie was to scary
But loved to watch it anyways because I was with,
My family
No better than at the table
The sweet smell of sweet potatoes
Anxious and waiting
Till the next time I can go can go back,
To my Grandmas house
