A late December night
  A late December night
Snow glistens in the sun’s rays
  It’s whiter than milk
  Steep mountain slopes look like
A slide when you were young
  Clouds float around, they are
Fluffy, just as your favorite blanket during the winter
The 50 shades of blue though out
The sky, shimmering until the set of night
Reaching farther than the eye can see
Few tree’s, so hard to survive the frostbitten land
They stand tall proud to be, for
  All to see,
A survivor of this lonely land. It looks
  Simple, the frozen a vast
  Not empty of life
  A little is known
  Little is seen
  Of this abandoned land
  Just as life
As night sets it all goes
  Quiet
