Forgive Me, Before I Forgive You
Comprehend your abandonment,
Comprehend why…
I want you to understand I’m not really mad.
Long ago you told me you were coming home,
I stood up next to the door, but eventually I was left alone.
I had a rose just for you, each year represented all the years I’ve been through.
One day they started they started to fall,
I believed your lies, I believed them all
I was crushed, I was shattered. I was a princess in a castle,
All alone, by myself and I still didn’t know why
But know I now
I have to let you go
…
Years passed by, I received a call
It was you! You were coming back
I went to the bus station and waited, but you never came
My clock stopped, my hope was gone
Few months later I found out
My mother told me, I was opened mouth
If I had known…
If I had known you were on a car accident,
If I had known you actually loved me.
This is my fault and I’m sorry
This is a letter from daughter to father…
My tears won’t bring you back yes I know,
But I just want to tell you I love you once more.
