The Attic
People are frightened of the basement and claim that it is the darkest part of a house, but they never look at the attic that way.
To them the attic is just dusty, old and as the years goes by, it transforms into a keeper of memories.
But the attic is a very dark place to be when you’re the only one with the key and the only one who knows what is kept in there.
The memories imprisoned
In a way, you become the guardian of the attic.
The only one with the power to open the door and throw in more memories as the days fly by.
You want to give the key to someone but you’re afraid of what they mights see.
Occasionally, you have the urge to fling open the door, let the light penetrate in to the darkness to clean the dust and rejuvenate it; unfortunately, you are unable to take that step.
While you’ve been cultivating memories, you’ve also been cultivating demons.
The demons and the darkness will envelop your loved one.
You cannot permit anyone inside but you also cannot clean it out.
Cleaning it will erase your very own existence or you might get sucked into the void forever all alone.
The attic is indeed without a doubt, a petrifying abode to reside.
Take a look.
