Cars.
In the pictures in my mind,
I have every car, truck, motorcycle from my family:
The blue minivan,
to ferry me to soccer games.
The childrens yamaha motorbike,
for me to be reckless on.
The 1952 chevy pickup,
only driven in my memories.
The red chevy blazer,
wrecked by a deer.
The red suzuki bike,
where I rode behind my dad.
The white mercury,
now I’m glad it’s gone.
The chevy Tahoe,
still making memories,
having new adventures.
The amber chrysler,
for my mom every day.
The ‘78 Toyota land cruiser,
where I learned to drive stick.
The ‘76 Toyota land cruiser,
my sister’s first car
The 2000 honda accord,
her second car,
because 9 mpg was too costly
My 2000 chevy s10,
my truck to drive,
to learn repairs,
to rebuild into a beauty.
