MY FIRST NFL GAME
My first National football league game was an interesting one and it was also quite fun.
The Detroit Lions were playing the Kansas City Chiefs.
I was in fourth grade and had found my new passion.
My dad had been bothering me about something for about a week.
He said he had a surprise for me and that i had to wait and see.
Then we drove to Detroit he said we were picking something up for my mother.
We parked in this bar and we started our walk.
It was near Christmas and it was quite cold i remember being quite bundled up.
We walked to Comerica park and took pictures with the big statue in the front of the stadium.
Then we started walking to Ford Field.
Then my dad got us near the front gate and then their was a sign and said tickets were eighty two dollars.
So i asked my dad if we could go then he pulled the tickets out.
I was stunned the lions ended up winning the game.
To this day i still don't understand how he got me all the way to the gate without me noticing i was going to the game.
