the beaches were littered with youth
a constant streaming of fleeting bright moments
tangled in unforgettable memories.
there, amongst the music
they were one.
those who sang
those who danced
and those who were lost in both.
with hot passion in the air
love was shared side by side
synced with the rhythm of the waves.
arms to the sky
waving to the beat
fingertips just barely grasping the stars.
