I come from the 2000’s
A new generation
A new era
A millennium


Back when it was new
Back when it was good
Back when it didn’t cost much
Back when it was 2000

I come from a simpler time
A brand new start
No problems then
No worries then


Back in 2000
A era that will be missed
A year that is gone
But in our hearts

The year 2000
To the year 2015
Everything has changed
Another new start
