Mere Dandelion
You have no idea how I long for your kiss
To be held in your arms
Nothing but bliss.
Yet I know it's not longer me that you want
I wonder if you know about all this bulls**t I got.
You pushed me away
But pulled her tighter
I think I always knew
You weren't much of a fighter.
Pick the easiest thing
Right in your reach
I guess that now
I've got nothing to teach.
I'm merely a dandelion
She is a rose.
She didn't even have to try
But in the end, who knows
Why fight for me
The girl who truly cared.
I would ask you to save me
But there's nothing to spare.
