What is death?
Is it an eternal sleep?
Perhaps a horrifying nightmare?
Or an everlasting dream?
Is it a gateway to another life?
Is it when our spirits are set free?
Is it when we are ultimately forgotten?
And merely a memory
Maybe it’s when we are finally remembered
When people finally begin to care
Funny how sometimes we are most noticed when we aren’t even there
