Goodbye
Saying Goodbye
It feels like a stab in the heart
Like if I suddenly went blind and saw nothing but darkness
Saying Goodbye
It feels like I am suddenly falling
Not knowing where I am going to land when I hit the ground
My heart is overwhelmed
With oceans of fears and questions
My feet are off the shore
I swim into the unknown not knowing where to go
I said goodbye to the shore, the land, the rock
And went into the water, the sea, the quicksand
Suddenly I drown into my own sorrows
Go blind from my own sadness
I am paralyzed by my own fears
Can a fish swim with no tail?
Can a bird fly with no wings?
Can a man truely live with no hope?
One can only try
