Being loved is like seeing a healthy red rose on Valentines day. I felt like that milk chocolate being melted in your mouth. Love, that’s what everyone wants right. I felt loved like a newborn baby being held by its mother. Everytime I get the Caramel Frappuccino from Starbucks, I know that every sip of it will be loved. That feeling as you walk across the stage of your graduation program and your parents run up to hug you tight. I felt loved. The weather was beautiful and warming. It wasn’t like I was living paradise in Florida, but on the south side of Chicago you can feel love from any direction. The feeling of love felt like the bear cub learning how to survive for itself from its parents. Just being trusted and cared for is all you need to feel loved. Getting the biggest piece of cheesecake from the Cheesecake Factory. That’s the feeling of love. Being kissed by your spouse on your honeymoon. I was loved at that time. That was all that matter at the time. Feeling the Holy Spirit pass through your soul and you know that God will be there for anything. Everyone would like to feel Loved. I know one day I will experience that love again. When I get married I would be the happiest girl on earth. I just know it. Love is like finding that perfect prom dressing. When you come across money that you have lost or misplaced, that was a mysterious way of love. It took me into its loving arms, kissed me under the light of a thousand stars. I place my head on its beating heart. I was thinking out loud. When my hair is all gone and my memory fades, the crowds don’t remember my name, and when my hands don’t play the strings the same way, I know you will still love me the same. Maybe we found love right where we are.
