The wolf is a spirit
That guides my life
To bring me out by day
And home again at night
He lives in my heart
And runs in my veins
He cries out a song
As i dry my tear stains.
As a spirit he is me
As his follower I am him.
How do you find me
Again and again?
You are the beat of my heart
The fire in my eyes
The wind in my hair
The voice of my lies.
When the night is as black as coal
You summon me home
The wolf is my pathfiner
The moon-dog of my soul.

I created this peice, since i am a native Oneida Indian, and the wolf is one of my spirit animals that i have always known has been with me, ever since i was a little girl. This peice is to my Creator and my pathkeeper.
