They say they care,
But they don't.
They say you'll be fine,
But you won't.
They say it's for the best,
But everything's unvarying.
They say it'll get better in time,
But nothing's changed.
They say what they truly think,
But it's never what it is.
So look out there,
Just try not to despair while you watch it all tumble down.
