A pyramid gleaming in the sunlight
A foreboding castle against a stormy sky
A ship seeking new lands
A people fighting for their freedom
Joy and triumph
Horror and pain
Light and dark
Black and white
A treasure, a waste
An ink stain
A shining medal
Anticipated
Unexpected
A message
A coincidence
A judgement
A new beginning
Perfect and imperfect
A changing world
That never forgets its beginnings
