When darkness descends upon your skin.
Dont let it fill you,
Dont let it in.
Don't turn to look
Or let it know,
That you’re willing to let the light go.
When the light is gone,
Darkness will embrace.

Those who wish darkness to take lights place,
When you find a passion in the dark of night
Be watchful of a love that blinds your sight,
For darkness has a beauty that hides all lies.
Its dark.
Silent.

Shadows are the only things around.
Theres no light.
Yet there's something in the corner,
Mysterious.
Devious.
You might even say demonic.

He’s dark as night.
On the darkest street.
The hauntings stuffle
Of a strangers feet.
He’s the gnarled tree
With grasping vine.
The icy finger
Down your tingling spine.
He’s the shifting form
In the swirling fog.
He’s the wrenching creek
Beneath your floors.
He’s the fear
That seeps into your bones
When there's silence.
As you dash inside
And bolt the doors.

He’ll find you when
You’re all alone.

I wake up.
My heart pounding on the door of my chest.
Again and again.
Always the bad ones.
Never the good ones.
My DREAMS
