My skin absorbs the scent of roses as my fingers brush the petals of affection.
You warm my skin with your tender rays,
And shelter me with your blaze.
Without intention,
Ignite my passion.
Fill me with excitement,
Never dim.

My eyes sear your skin,
Sharp like glass, soft as fire.
I look up to the you, the bitter boiling sun.
White floaters waltz in my eyes as you enter my eyesight.
I shut them hard and feel them sting.
I glare back at you, the oh so stormy sun.
I cuss you out, condemning you for upsetting my peace.

I, a bittersweet lover, release feverish symptoms.
Fail to obey, I’ll turn you into ashes.
My entrancing eyes shoot steam,
My luscious lips flare fire,
I burn glass,
Till it bends.
Blue blood drizzles,
Sizzling, as it hits the soil.

You glance into my eyes,
Black floaters dance in unity.
Your sharp reflection gazes back,
Blinding you, like you blinded me.

I was inspired by the love-hate relationship I had with my ex-boyfriend. Everything in this poem are exggerations/metaphors of real situations.
