Who knows what the world is going to be
25 years from now, let us see
Mankind is the Earth’s future, but we are so blind
Releasing these chemicals, mistreating animals, and we are on the decline
If we really are the future, then why are we so senseless of the fact?
That, one day, we are going to have to act, to stay intact
What’s wrong with world with all the drugs and abuses?
Why can’t we trade drugs for a warm hug or good choices?
Racism still exists today, especially with the young people
Let us all stop and start consulting the Bible
Or better yet, let us all go to the chapel
And yet….
Who can blame us?
WE are human, WE make mistakes
Mankind has the ability to learn from them
If not, we are condemned to mayhem
Cause if we care about the Earth and the future a little bit
Then we have to do what we know is right
Even though doing the right thing is harder than doing the easy
This is better than the alternative of being put out to sea
You should still take me seriously even though I’m rhyming accidentally
Cause doing the easy thing is even worse than fleeing
And we will leave a situation that will be too hard to overcome
We will all soon to be homeless on the streets
So help me change the world for the better
And give us an answer to solve the world’s problems
