In three weeks, I’ll be taking the biggest test that I’ve ever taken
Anticipation, worry, impatience, they create this sort of misery
Come May thirteenth, the burden of this test will finally bear down on me
But I know that I can pull through this

This test could decide whether my future efforts will be hit or miss

As the day draws nearer and the objective becomes clearer
My lack of patience gets sheerer and I see my worry in the mirror
I put my pen to paper
I practice for the test
I write a quality essay

Practice makes perfect, I think I’ve mastered the craft
I have to remember, the final test isn’t another rough draft
I will succeed

I am the bull, that test is the red
