It’s when I’m all alone I realize,
That I’m only that way inside,
That people are all around me,
But yet I see nothing but eyes,
Eyes that are staring with curious,
Hungry Gleams on their faces.
Wondering why I am not like them.
I remind myself at that point
That the reason that I’m not them
Is simply because I want to be me.
